Shipping Information

We offer two shipping options for physical products:

  • USPS Priority
  • UPS Ground

Custom Orders:

Expect your custom-made items to ship between 1 to 7 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order.

In-Stock Products:

For items that are ready to go, we aim to ship them out within 2 to 4 business days.

Digital Products:

Digital items will be available either on their release date or immediately after purchase.

Returns Policy

Digital Products:

When purchasing digital products from Cloth & Twine, please be aware of the following policies:

  • Non-Refundable: All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Make sure to carefully read the full description and review the product images before purchasing to ensure it meets your expectations.
  • No Refunds or Exchanges: Once purchased, all sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available.
  • Online Delivery: All digital courses and classes are delivered online.
  • Skill & Software Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate software and skills to use the digital products.
  • Difficulty Level: Products cannot be returned or exchanged based on the difficulty of use.
  • Usage Agreement: You agree not to resell, share, or transfer digital products. They are intended for personal or business use only.
  • File Download: It is your responsibility to download and save your files. Online courses will remain available for at least one year after registration, or as long as Cloth & Twine operates.

Physical Products:

We accept returns on physical products within 7 days of purchase. Here’s how it works:

  • 7-Day Window: Contact us within 7 days if you wish to return your item. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
  • Exemptions: Some items are not eligible for return, including downloadable products and custom orders. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Process: Once you’ve contacted us and your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label. After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you by email about your refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within a few days.

Please have your receipt or proof of purchase available to complete the return process.
