Returns on digital products:
By purchasing from Cloth&Twine you acknowledge that all digital products are non-refundable and not returnable, under any circumstances. You understand that prior of purchasing to read the full description and view product images to ensure that the product you are purchasing is what you want. If you do not agree, or feel in any way that you will not be happy with the product please do not purchase.
-You understand that all digital courses/classes will be delivered online as an online course.
-You understand all sales are final and that refunds and exchanges are not available.
-You understand that it is up to the customer/consumer, to ensure he/she has the proper software and skill to use these products.
-You understand that products cannot be returned or exchanged based on the level of difficulty.
-You agree to never resell, share or transfer products in any way and will use products for personal and business use only.
-You understand that it is your responsibility to download and save your product files. The online course will be available one year after registering.
Returns on physical products:
Our return policy is 7 days. Please contact us within 7 days if you want to return your product. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, and you have not contacted us, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Downloadable products cannot be returned or refunded. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Refunds (if applicable) Shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
